In the revised version of Bloom’s taxonomy,the order of higher levels is analysing,evaluating and then creating at the top. Creating involves generating new products,ideas or ways of viewing things by combining elements in novel ways. This is considered the most complex cognitive process. Hence,the highest level is termed creating.
