About Us

Free UGC-NET/JRF Preparation Portal by Learner, for Learners

Welcome, JRFNET.com is a free, unofficial study portal made by learner for learners who love to share clear notes, solved examples, and practical tips. We know UGC-NET and JRF prep can feel heavy. Our goal is simple: make it light, structured, and honest. No complex words. No confusion. Only step-by-step help that works.

Who we are

I am a Qualified UGC NET aspirant. I have started this portal with me fellow aspirants. Many of us are past UGC-NET qualifiers or JRF rankers. Some build websites and apps. All of us care about simple learning. We started JRFNET.com because we did not find one place that had clean UGC NET Paper 1 notes unit wise, easy mock tests, and previous year questions with answers in one flow. So we built it for everyone free.

We are not the official UGC or NTA. We do not run the exam. We do not publish admit cards. We are a supportive, independent guide. We learn from official notices, books, research papers, and past exam trends. Then we write in simple language so you can understand fast.

Our mission

  • Help you qualify UGC-NET and aim for JRF with clear notes and practice.
  • Give you a daily plan: read → practice → revise → test → analyze.
  • Reduce fear and confusion by showing what to study first, and why.
  • Keep all core resources free: unit-wise notes, PYQs, free mock tests, and formula sheets.

We believe good learning is simple. It should not require fancy words or hard websites. It should be clean, short, and to the point.

These phrases above are the real questions students search for. We include them here to help both you and search engines. We use them naturally inside real, useful content.

Why our approach works

Simple language. We avoid complex words. We prefer short steps and examples.

Unit-wise flow. We use the same order as the official syllabus. You can start from Unit-1 and move forward without doubt.

Learn → Practice → Revise. Each note page links to mock tests, PYQs, and formula sheets. You do not need to search many places.

Active learning. We use small questions after each concept. You learn by doing, not by reading alone.

Free first. The core is free: notes, PYQs, quick tests. If we ever add paid batches, we will keep them affordable and optional.

How to use this free prep portal (step-by-step)

  1. Start with overview
Read the UGC NET syllabus latest PDF summary and exam pattern page. Note the Paper-1 units and your Paper-2 subject units.
  2. Make a 30-day plan
Use our 30 day study plan for UGC NET Paper 1. If you have more time, switch to the 90-day timetable subject wise. We provide both.
  3. Follow the unit order
Open UGC NET Paper 1 notes unit wise. For each unit:
    • Read short notes (10–20 minutes).
    • Solve topic-wise PYQs (10–15 minutes).
    • Attempt a mini mock (10 minutes).
    • Update your progress sheet.
  4. Use daily practice
Try daily practice questions from Paper-1 and your subject. Small steps build speed and confidence.
  5. Analyze and improve
After each mock test, check your weak topics. Revisit those unit notes and PYQs with answers. This saves time and lifts your score.
  6. Check cut-offs and safe score
See UGC NET cut off (last years) and plan a safe score target. This keeps you focused.
  7. Final week revision
Use formula sheets, cheat notes, and last week strategy for UGC NET. Do more mock tests with a timer.

Content standards we follow

  • Accuracy first. We match every unit with the official syllabus.
  • Short and clear. Bullet points, tables, and short paragraphs.
  • Updated often. When UGC or NTA updates the exam, we refresh pages.
  • No plagiarism. We write our own notes. We cite sources when needed.
  • Student feedback loop. If something is unclear, we rewrite it.
