  • While we aim for accuracy, no guarantee is made that content is error‑free, complete, or up to date. Use official sources to verify critical information (exam dates, eligibility, syllabi, cut‑offs, answer keys, etc.).
  • Any performance metrics, predicted scores, or analytics are estimates for guidance and may not reflect official outcomes.

6) Not Professional Advice

The Services may include academic and career guidance. Such information is general and provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice.

7) Your Use of the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial study purposes. You agree not to:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent;

  • By submitting User Content, you grant JRFNET a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display), publish, and display such content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for your User Content and that it does not: (a) infringe any third‑party rights; (b) contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or deceptive material; (c) disclose personal data without consent.
  • We may moderate, remove, or disable access to User Content at our discretion.

9) Intellectual Property

  • The Services, including text, graphics, trademarks, logos, icons, UI elements, code, and compilations, are owned by JRFNET or our licensors and are protected by IP laws.
  • “JRFNET” and associated marks are trade names/trademarks of JRFNET. Third‑party trademarks are used for identification and belong to their respective owners; no endorsement is implied.

10) Exams, Logos, and Trademarks Disclaimer

Names like UGC‑NET, NTA, and other exam names/logos may be referenced for informational purposes only under nominative fair use. JRFNET is independent and unaffiliated with these entities.

11) Third‑Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to third‑party websites, materials, courses, or ads. We do not control or endorse third‑party content and are not responsible for their practices or policies. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

12) Paid Plans, Coupons, and Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Some features may be paid (subscriptions, downloadable materials, mock tests, or ad‑free access). Prices and features may change.
  • Taxes may apply. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method.
  • Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
  • If we offer free trials, they convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Upon valid notice, we may remove or restrict access and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

16) Changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms; see Section 22 regarding updates.

17) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JRFNET AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.

18) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JRFNET, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JRFNET (IF ANY) IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

19) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JRFNET and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your: (a) use of the Services; (b) User Content; (c) violation of these Terms; or (d) infringement of any third‑party rights.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Hyderabad in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, or failing that, in accordance with the Act. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs; tribunal fees shall be shared unless otherwise awarded.

21) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time (with or without notice) if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

22) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., by posting an updated Terms date, or via email/notice in the Services). The updated Terms are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

23) Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor conditions, power failures, internet disturbances, governmental actions, or similar events.

24) Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

25) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Policies and any Additional Terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and JRFNET regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

  • No sharing of copyrighted materials or paid content without permission.
  • No solicitation of leaked papers, impersonation, or exam malpractice.
  • Cite official sources when discussing exam notifications or results.
  • Report errors via the contact email so we can correct quickly.

We respect IP rights and support fair use for commentary, criticism, news reporting, education, and research. If you believe your rights are infringed, use the DMCA procedure in Section 15 or contact us to resolve swiftly.
